“Best pharmacy in Buffalo. I would never go elsewhere. The pharmacists know all their customers by name. The staff are excellent. The gift shop is bonus, as well as all shots, vaccines, and a compounding pharmacy. Put the big chains to shame, it’s not only supporting local, they are far superior.”

“Came in for a passport photo and the girl up front had to take out her headphones to hear me ask. She had zero sense of urgency and took her time going back and forth between us and the counter without addressing anyone saying she'd be right there or right back. Painfully awkward and slow. The photo machine made it so easy to make sure it met passport regulations but it still said head was tilted and she didn't do anything so I got it's fine.”

“If the beverage cooler is broke, then why charge the "cold" price for warm bottled water?Rite Aid employees - "Oh, that thing has been broke all year. We've told upper management, but it falls on flat ears!!"P.S. The male pharmacist doesn't act friendly, kind, or helpful! I'm starting to think he is either a robot ? or an alien ?!!!”

“If you want a PLEASANT experience with patient associates, go to the Rite Aid at 2330 Niagara Falls Blvd. in the Town of Tonawanda, NY. The store is always exceptionally clean, the associates are all professional and KNOW their jobs to assist you well. The Pharmacy is top notch with friendly associates and great Pharmacists who can always answer your questions. I am also impressed with the front end cashier staff at this store who do not 'shrug at you' nor fell 'put upon' if you have a question. Good experience all round to use this Rite Aid as your "GO-TO" Drugstore. Oh, and unadvertised specials in the store are always a nice save-money surprise!”

“This Tops Market, at 150 Niagara St. in Tonawanda, is on a par with every other Tops I've shopped in Western NY. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the restroom stank, and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working, nor was one of the soap dispensers. But considering the efforts going into sanitizing the store as much as possible and keeping customers safe, I can't fault anyone. These are not normal times. And like many essential businesses that remain open during this quarantine, they are short-staffed. At one entrance to the store, an employee wipes down shopping carts with disinfectant, completely. At the other entrance are clean carts, for anyone not wanting to wait for a sanitized cart to dry. Or, as in most stores, you can help yourself to disinfectant wipes for carts and hands, which is great for the cart I wheeled in from the parking lot. I like this Tops. It's small enough to be personal, and large enough to be... Tops Market.”

“The customer service at this Walgreens was by far the best I have ever received. Jane was so helpful and really wanted to help me get exactly what I needed. Such a sweet person in general who cares. Especially since recently I've had such bad experiences with Walgreens It's refreshing to know that I can count on this one! Definitely the best Walgreens in this area by far! Thanks so much Jane, you're the heart of this Walgreens!”

“Unfortunately I needed to obtain a Covid test due to experiencing multiple but minimal symptoms. I looked on line to see where a test could be obtained. I was able to obtain the test at CVS on Sheridan near Delaware. Their testing process was quite simple and designed for minimal to no contact with others. After registering on line I was given a list of available times to choose from. I chose the next available time and then started to get regular emails and text messages reminding me and providing instructions. The instructions indicated to arrive and follow the instructions posted at my chosen CVS. I was also instructed not to enter the store. I arrived early but found no posted instructions. I waited in my car and looked on line for further information. Fortunately 20 minutes before my scheduled time I received a text with further instructions. I was directed to pull up to the drive through window. Upon reaching the window I was asked for information that would identify me as the person who signed up for the test. I was then provided a bag with everything needed for the test, which I was to perform on myself. The testing process was quite easy and the employee at the drive through walked me through each step. While slightly uncomfortable it wasn't painful. After obtaining the sample I was instructed to deposit it in a drop box just past the drive through. I was also provided a disinfecting wipe to use on any part of the box touched by me to prevent possible transmission to others. Now the waiting began. I took the test on the Friday before Thanksgiving, and while not having our usual large celebration our children still planned on attending. This was in limbo until my results were received. As of the afternoon before Thanksgiving it looked like my wife and I would be celebrating alone and in separate parts of the house. Fortunately at 5:30 PM I received a text telling me my results were available. They turned out negative and we were able to have a small family celebration. The process was easy and relatively painless. Signing up was easy. My only concerns are how long it took to get results and the lack of posted instructions in the parking lot. I couldn't find any locations with the rapid testing and it took a full 5 days to get my results. I'm grateful for my negative results and how easy the process was but would like to see a quicker results and clearer posting of instructions at the site. I could see someone entering the store even though instructed not to. If I need testing again and can't find rapid testing I would return to CVS.”

“After going to the emergency room with my wife for a broken collarbone a prescription was called in to a rite aid but it was Sunday and the pharmacy was closed. I then drove to the Rite aid on Sheridan and colvin where the pharmacist, John Jiles,Jr called the hospital and got the prescription, filled it, Mr Jiles was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. You have a great employee.”

“This is the best Walgreens in the Buffalo area. There's ine across the street from me, but I don't go to that one. Rather, I go to the one with the best pharmacy, which is the Delaware/Sheridan location. My whole family is known by name there by all the team members. The store itself is clean and well stocked. The last time I went in, I was able to get my meds immediately, get my last name and address changed in the system, and received stellar customer service the whole time. Since this is the time of Covid, they are taking proper safety precautions. If you don't want to go in despite this, not to worry! The pharmacy's drive-thru is fast and easy. It's usually what I use and they still know me by name. This is a good place to get a flu shot, too. It's quick, sterile, and relatively painless because they're all so gentle and nice here. I highly, highly recommend this location.”

“Wow thank you, I stopped by and they were selling hand sanitizer and n95 masks right outside under a tent. They make their own brand of sanitizer. They are a great pharmacy.”
