Auto repair experience:
I got my car back in beautiful condition. They detailed the entire inside and outside of my car and did my repairs. I inspected my cars exterior and everything looked visibly good. The only minor thing I did notice is the driver sides bumper where I was hit was a tiny bit lifted up but not dramatically. I opened up the hood of the car and it was beautiful. They cleaned everything so well I thought they put a brand new engine in; even topped off my fluids. As for the driving with it. It drove beautiful. It felt more powerful than before and the braking even got better (though I didn’t get those repaired, maybe they threw it in, no idea).
Customer service experience:
The guy who helped me with my auto repair was John. John went above and beyond! to assist me. On an unfortunate night, the front of my car was hit by a driver. I had to find a shop own my own to bring my car to. I found All City Auto Body & Towing through a google search. Ironically I later came to realize I already go to their parent company All City Tire & Auto, and I always had a good experience with their tire shop so it makes sense that I’d have a good experience with their auto body shop. John assisted me by breaking down everything the insurance papers estimate said and told me every procedure one by one. He would call regularly to update me on my car’s progress. A huge thing for me, he was very honest throughout the entire process. Many auto shops like to gip their customers, especially if female, but this shop has nothing but people with integrity. John helped me land an amazing discount because of my circumstances. He was extremely compassionate. John called the insurance company on my behalf to speak to them in regards to my case to make sure all my repairs were covered. Not only that, but John also remembered the most mundane details I told him about my own life and that meant a lot to me. He actually cared about his customer. He even told his boss about my circumstances and got an even better deal for me. It was amazing. I cried so much with John for helping me. I thanked his boss tremendously for his kindness also.
Do I recommend?:
I highly recommend this place to everyone. You will be treated with compassion, honesty, kindness, and people who actually enjoy their job.

“Awesome experience! It was the day of the Crowdstrike airline disaster. Five hour wait to get off the ground in Cincinnati. Luggage misplaced - 2 hours to get luggage. My flight from NY to Burlington VT was then cancelled. Rental cars were in short supply. Steve, at Entrerprise, was our hero!!! He found us a SUV that had just been returned and saved the day. “It's a good thing that BMW models in particular are rented out. Unfortunately, the service at the counter when picking up was very bad and unfriendly. I think they also tried to sell unnecessary extras. The car was ok, had a lot of scratches, but they were all documented, which was easy to understand on the smartphone. The return was great! I also thought the price was okay.”

“I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car several times and have always been satisfied with their service. Recently, after a car accident, I needed a rental car covered by my insurance, and once again, Enterprise did not disappoint. The agent I worked with, MD, was extremely helpful and accommodating.
When I first arrived, the car I wanted was not available on the premises. However, I was able to rent a different car for one night and then exchange it the next day for a vehicle that better suited my needs. MD went above and beyond by thoroughly going over the car with me, showing me everything and how it worked. He even let me borrow a wire to charge my cell phone. Whenever I had questions, I found that the agents at Enterprise were always available by phone, ensuring I received prompt and helpful responses, even when MD was not available.
The cars I rented were in excellent condition—nice and clean, which added to the positive experience.
Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 4.5 out of 5. The service was excellent, but there are a few areas for improvement. It would be beneficial if the agents went over the rental agreement in person rather than just emailing it. Additionally, receiving reminders that the agreement is due to expire and updates about any changes would be very helpful, especially since I needed the car longer than initially planned. Also, the opening hours of this particular location could be better, as they closed early on Saturdays and were closed on Sundays.
Despite these minor issues, MD was knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating, contributing to a very positive experience with Enterprise. I will likely use their services again in the future if needed.”
