I believe Mark helped me at the desk, someone walked me to the car (appreciated not having to wander in the dark with spotty directions), and the person who checked our car back in found something we forgot. “I had just arrived from the airport and was ready to go pick up the car which did take some time they were really busy due to USC graduation week so it was understandable. My reservation was for 1pm but since they had me waiting until 1:30pm they gave me a free upgrade from a compact to a full size which I thought was awesome! The rep who showed me to the car was polite, well presented but a bit chatty, I had already been there almost an hour and was anxious to go visit my Mom whom I hadn't seen in months and it didn't help that he was going through his whole playbook to try and get me to pay for the full coverage insurance they offer. I get it they want us to and themselves to be covered but I didn't have to get so much chatter I wanted to get out of there asap! I did not get the coverage and did return the car as it was rented out to me the week before. In the end I can say the whole group great! Looking forward to my next visit later this year.”

“Renting a car from Enterprise could be a headache at times. I was able to rent with them through my insurance. My experience was fairly reasonable. With a few hiccups on the road, I was able to secure a vehicle that suited the needs of my family. Their selections are not the best, but you're sure to find something you like or at least something that comes close to it. There were a few times when I had to switch the vehicle that I was into another one, and they made sure that too was a smooth experience. I had an issue with the seat belt in one of the rentals, and they were quick to find me another vehicle. I can understand the POV of some of the reviews and with that in mind, I was on guard going into the establishment. So with all that went on, I was already preparing for my sub-par experience, but they were surprisingly very accommodating. We had the enterprise rental until our vehicle was out of the repair shop and they were very understanding in regards to us needing an extension. All in all, my experience was good. Thank you Enterprise.”
