“In the fall of 2019 I bought a used 2010 Camry from a car dealer in Queens with only a 30 day warranty. I took it to Bryan's auto. He told me it was in good shape but joked always to get a used car checked out before buying it. I mostly had minor repairs that were fixed the day of when dropped off in the morning.In October of 2022 my car broke down in the middle of Pennsylvania. The mechanic there told me the engine was shot and offered my $500 for it. I called Bryan and he strongly suggested I get it towed back. I did, and although it was a major repair it was not as bad as the guy in Pennsylvania told me.I'm writing this to thank Bryan's Auto for their time. The car is now with my sister in Illinois, and their mechanic told them it was in great shape.”

“No frills rental service. Love them. Their rates are decent and they don’t charge you a gazillion fees. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because one time I went in for a car, and they didn’t have any left, so they gave me a minivan, and that would of been fine, but it was BUSTED looking. But it got me from point a to point b and that’s what was important.They are very polite and friendly. Great service. Good people.”

“The Staff are polite and helpful.I always use Avis car and usually I enjoy them. But this time I got a durty car, with a bad wheel alignment and with less than half tank of fuel. But I did not have problem as when I returned the car they was able to solve the problem with out any problem.I just think you should improve your cleaning process and with the care of the car.”

“We booked a midsized sedan through Hertz on Expedia and arrived at our checkin before 10am and were soon greeted by Nat who looked at me and asked if I’d like a bigger car because I was doing a 1000 mile drive to Atlanta. She was quick, prompt and fabulous with her getting a bigger car ready for us. Her words “it’s a long drive and you’re a tall man, so I think you should have a comfortable drive”.It was the most amazing road trip I’ve done and was super comfortable.
