“I have a friend who is involved in a Hit and Run situation. Unfortunately this was a rental from this branch. The accident occurred at 2pm and waited almost 3 hrs for police to arrive but nypd never arrived nor call back as of today writing this review.The friend called insurance company around 4pm and at 540pm arrived at the rental car because insurance company said to go back to rental car and return the car and get another one.The office wad already closed but Anthony came and heard my friend story saw the video of hit and run and worked after hours to ensure my friend had a working car instead of waiting until next day.This made a HUGE difference in my opinion. And it's because of people like ANTHONY that will want me to keep coming back to Enterprise for future rental.”

“So I broke my car mirror, I'm good at that stuff and my friend suggested coming to Puma's autobody. I called them and they were very patient with me making a few phone calls to see if they had the car mirror ready. After a few days when the mirror was ready I walked in, paid and waited for them to fix the mirror. They were fairly quick with it but it wasn't intensive work that would take hours. The staff was also very nice and friendly.The office of the shop was amazing, probably one of the best body shop offices you could ever see. The decor was tasteful and eclectic. They had coffee service, so much seating, and a lot of good art around. I felt like I was waiting in luxury.If you need a body shop around Island Park this is the place to go!”

There was absolutely no friction at all.I called Scott and gave him the make, model, color of the trim and he found exactly what I wanted in a matter of days!In addition the car was less expensive than from the dealer I had bought my last four cars. “In the fall of 2019 I bought a used 2010 Camry from a car dealer in Queens with only a 30 day warranty. I took it to Bryan's auto. He told me it was in good shape but joked always to get a used car checked out before buying it. I mostly had minor repairs that were fixed the day of when dropped off in the morning.In October of 2022 my car broke down in the middle of Pennsylvania. The mechanic there told me the engine was shot and offered my $500 for it. I called Bryan and he strongly suggested I get it towed back. I did, and although it was a major repair it was not as bad as the guy in Pennsylvania told me.I'm writing this to thank Bryan's Auto for their time. The car is now with my sister in Illinois, and their mechanic told them it was in great shape.”

“Overall great service especially for the price. Easy to follow directions on catching their shuttle and shuttle drivers were good. Got an up-sell and the hard sell on insurance that I didn't purchase but that's just the car rental business. Davron helped me out when I returned the car so a shout out to him for giving me his name in the first place.Their documentation process is a bit intense, with photos and videos of the car before and after each rental, but they weren't overly focused on any normal dirt, or wear and tear from safe usage. Would go back to them next time I need to rent a car at JFK.”

“I had just arrived from the airport and was ready to go pick up the car which did take some time they were really busy due to USC graduation week so it was understandable. My reservation was for 1pm but since they had me waiting until 1:30pm they gave me a free upgrade from a compact to a full size which I thought was awesome! The rep who showed me to the car was polite, well presented but a bit chatty, I had already been there almost an hour and was anxious to go visit my Mom whom I hadn't seen in months and it didn't help that he was going through his whole playbook to try and get me to pay for the full coverage insurance they offer. I get it they want us to and themselves to be covered but I didn't have to get so much chatter I wanted to get out of there asap! I did not get the coverage and did return the car as it was rented out to me the week before. In the end I can say the whole group great! Looking forward to my next visit later this year.”

Headed by their hard working, courteous and dedicated Manager, Felicia (and prior to that, Melanie), the Team at Enterprise have been constantly on their game! Rarely is the wait time too long. Cars are available 90% of the time without too much delay. I've worked with numerous staff members at Enterprise but have enjoyed - more recently - working with Windell, Eric, Brendan and Carl, who all appear content and proficient in their roles - this attitude translates well in the care and courtesy they always show to the customer. Only difference this time was the drivers insurance that hit me did not accommodate ent to Match the suv i currently own instead I was given a sedan (Corolla) never crossed that issue before but was no big deal only had the car a week so not a big complaint there but Kareem and Dana were great Kareem has good energy and was very informative on how to address any issues I had and Dana was fast and speedy on my return and made sure I got a ride to the auto body shop to pick up my car so awesome job guys and my deposit was refunded in 1 day so they don’t play with your money lol fast as they take it fast as they return it! GREAT JOB TEAM!!!!”

“We recently rented a car through AutoRentals (Hertz) at Milan airport. Everything went smoothly; the car was clean at pick up and check-in on return was quick and efficient. Staff in terminal was very friendly and efficient. Would use AutoRentals in the future. One tip: after booking, keep checking rates right up until a few days before you leave. We saved $300 on our two-week rental because the price suddenly dropped.
