AND she delivered it (he lives close by) at no charge the same day. My friend loved the selections she made. I rarely experience such caring customer service - and appreciate it very much!”

“Hot topic was the only store to shop at growing up Emo in the early 2000s.It had been some time since I had been here and am pleasantly surprised. The clothing it adorable and much of it a perfect replacement for previous styles. There is a huge variety, and as an "elder emo" hot topic gets my seal of approval. If you want older styles of clothing go to the thrift store like the rest of us.”

“Store number #7048 is phenomenally amazing!!(yes I'm yelling) Donald is the manager and the other I walked in the first time with my toddler...or must I share my busy toddler, the store was quite busy and continued to be busy during my shopping experience. Yet Donald gave me respect, acknowledged my needs, gave a tremendous amount of patience and I'm forever thankful. “Erica is amazing. I went in for an updated wardrobe because I am now 30 and it was time lol. Erica approached me asking if she could take the items I picked out to a dressing room so I could keep shopping, and then she asked me what I was shopping for today. I continued shopping and when I went to the dressing room, she told me that she also picked out some things I could try if I wanted and she had it hanging in the dressing room organized into multiple outfits. It was so sweet and I really loved a lot of the pieces she picked out that I wouldn’t have picked for myself on my own. She was there when I needed to try different sizes and brought it to my dressing room. She went above and beyond to make the experience not only pleasant, but fun!! Thank you Erica!!”

“I really like this store. Very nice staff! Great quality shoes. They had a great BOGO 50% off sale and I got a nice pair of winter shoes for 20 bucks. My kid also threw a tantrum in the store and none of the staff members bothered me. They let me calm him down and feed him some crackers. I very much appreciated that. I will go back again.”

“One of the last large stores still found in malls in my area. A good place to go for clothes as they carry a lot. They also have departments for jewelry, home goods, etc. Even if you are not out to buy anything, it is an interesting place to just walk around a bit. I would enjoy these types of stores while you can, since the various chains are closing everywhere along with our malls.”
