“We have a wedding coming up soon and the groom needed to buy a suit, we called a Simone Men’s Wear. Mike came to our house, measured the groom for a suit and dress shirt, he came with samples, the items were ordered and within a week we had the suit of clothes. Mike came back for a final fitting. “Writing a review here because I couldn’t find one on the receipt where it used to be! I had such a phenomenal experience today shopping at Hot Topic! I went in today looking for earrings to pair with my outfit for a very special event next weekend. Right away when I walked in the person dressed in all white (On my receipt it says their name is Ginni) greeted me and told me about all the deals going on! So because of this, I ended up grabbing a few extra things! If they didn’t tell me about the deals, I would have never grabbed extra accessories! From there I saw this awesome hoodie all the way up on the top hanging up. I said to my friend “I wish I could reach that.” Then out of nowhere here comes Ginni coming in clutch saving the day! They grabbed them all down and helped me pick out the best one for me while having an awesome conversation with me. From there I went to check out and Kylie ended my stop at Hot Topic beautifully! I would also like to note that even though the store was busy, not a single shirt was messed up on the walls. They all kept on top of it and it looked perfect with that classic ‘Hot Topic’ fold the entire time! I went in looking to buy earrings. “I needed to get some gifts from guests from the West Coast and imagined that attire from LL Bean would be something quintessentially Northeastern. As I don't shop here myself (and having been deterred by the company's politics) I had no expectations when I entered the store. First, the store is large, handsomely laid out, and conveys the (correct) impression of high quality. I was approached by two salespeople who were very nice and very helpful. It pretty much screams high quality by your shopping experience. The items I selected were full price, and not inexpensive, but were clearly well made. At check out they were carefully wrapped and placed in a shopping bag (kudos for not appearing to charge for the bag and for not using plastic.) I would go back here in a moment. Factoring the dirth of high quality options in the Albany area it's nice to have this here.”

“Erica is amazing. I went in for an updated wardrobe because I am now 30 and it was time lol. Erica approached me asking if she could take the items I picked out to a dressing room so I could keep shopping, and then she asked me what I was shopping for today. I continued shopping and when I went to the dressing room, she told me that she also picked out some things I could try if I wanted and she had it hanging in the dressing room organized into multiple outfits. It was so sweet and I really loved a lot of the pieces she picked out that I wouldn’t have picked for myself on my own.
