Very horrible customer service very rude personnel I called the ex a question the guy was very very rude and told me to go watch YouTube and go find my information over there I was on the phone not even a minute and they hung up right on me

I needed computer help at night. This person kept hanging up and wouldn't take my calls without explaining why. This is not conducive to my disability needs. DO NOT CALL!
