“My review has two parts.First: this store - the associates here are a delight to work with. They're very honest and upfront about pricing, will share with me EXACTLY what will be on my bill, and they're always friendly to whomever comes in the door...even to grouchy people. The store is always immaculately clean, hand sanitizer is available everywhere. Parking is convenient, but the lot gets tricky when it's busy.Second: the service in my area. Speeds in the 5GUC areas are phenomenal - as fast as Greenlight Networks (my home internet provider). I don't drop calls as often as I did with the big red V, but still occasionally drop a call. Call clarity is really good as well, which is important to me as I use my phone for work to call customers and partners. For more rural areas, in the southern tier of NYS, populated areas have service, but areas that have more cows or wildlife than people - you won't have service.Overall - T-Mobile is a good value for what you get, and we are happy with the service.”

“Had a great experience at the T-Mobile in Pittsford. I wanted to upgrade my phone and decided to do it in store after a couple negative experiences trading in with T-Mobile through the mail. These guys were great! They were very friendly and helpful. Vin handled my purchase, trade-in and set up easily. I didn't have to do anything. We were in and out in less than an hour and now I don't have to wait for my credit, or contact T-Mobile and ask if they received my phone. I highly recommend T-Mobile in Pittsford. Vin was awesome! Very convenient for people who don't drive. The people who work there are wonderful as well, very polite”
