Kelson was awesome! He helped set up my father's phone and then looked into issues with transferring my number. He was multi-tasking with other customers and never lost patience with anyone, was completely professional. A truly outstanding experience! I'm very glad I came back to Cricket!

Went in with cracked screen after only 4 months .instead of using the insurance to help me fix a 4 month old phone. Did an upgrade. Now they are charging me $8 a month for insurance I never use. Nice enough people but not happy about not informing me of options
