“When I arrived at the Niagara Falls Airport, the car rental kiosk was closed. I took a cab to my destination. The next morning I went to the Enterprise location in Niagara Falls. I had an awesome experience. They could not have been more apologetic about the confusion. They upgraded my car, adjusted the price and covered the cost of gas. The manager was polite, efficient and thorough. This gentleman made me forget I couldn't get a car the evening before!! I would recommend that Enterprise look to promote him to a training position. Great employee!”
