“Connor is great, helpful, and empathetic. I had an issue with my credit card, and he offered to drive me to the bank and back to get it settled and ensured I got my rental for my son's appointment. Mitch seemed impatient and was not very friendly and was rushing, I get it, its busy but due to it he forgot I opted in for the complete insurance coverage and upon getting the vehicle inspected he started his speech about my own insurance and when I brought up about the coverage to ensure I got it needed. He proceeded to change all the details, which was good, however, instead of admitting to what actually happened. He apologized for the hold-up and made up an excuse that he is price matching my original rate and accountability was thrown out the window in this case. I still would recommend this place because of the Connor and the other staff. I understand mistakes happens it's part of any customer service, and accountability is part of correcting the mishap.”
