Shame on me for not realizing I need an appointment, but shame on you for not greeting or acknowledging me when I walked in to ask how you can help me or if I had an appointment. My assumption is you need to work on customer service and I'll work on making an appointment elsewhere.

Raymond is the goat, simply put. he is helpful, responsive and has a great eye. he made a number of purchases i made a total breeze. and i feel incredibly satisfied with how everything came out.
