“I have rented from this Enterprise location twice, and I had a seamless experience both times. Both cars were clean, ran well, and were equipped with Apple CarPlay. The staff was friendly and helpful and called a day ahead a time to confirm. They are also very efficient! The location is really convenient and is now the only location I will go to in the city.”

“Always reliable. We have used AAMCar for years, and never had a problem.
Note: Zipcars are conveniently parked closer to home. But we have had incidents when the car we reserved is not there. And there is no alternative option, (except sometimes the Zipcar clerk at the other end of the phone call will offer a car so far across town that accessing and return ing it would longer than the drive we hired a Zipcar to do.)
So, after missing a wedding because of Zipcar, we book AAMCAR when the trip is important.”

“I’ve been using National for the past couple of years for business and personal but this specific National for the past year and a half. I must say I will not go to any other location. Josh and his team consistently provide the best customer service possible. They are flexible and efficient at all times. If I ever had an issue arise during or even before a rental totally outside of their control, I can quickly call and get a resolution. I have options to go to other locations that are closer, and I will always choose this one. The cars are clean, efficient, and the garage team is always friendly. Too bad that the person who supported me at the counter wanted to sell me (UPSELL) a daily ALL-IN service ($30/day) to cover highway toll expenses... when our itinerary (80% Canada) - illustrated in detail to the person to help us... - did not involve payment as the highways in Canada are almost always free!!!

A car corresponding to our booking was provided and we went through the existing defects with the employee. 2-3 minutes after starting the journey we received an error message that the tire pressure on one tire was significantly too low. We turned around immediately and they helped us straight away and pumped up the tire.”
