“I’ve rented at many locations, and have to say this is hands down the best place in NJ, and even comparing to Newark Airport. It doesn’t have the number of fleet at the airport, but the level of service here is on another level. All the agents took good care of the car, go above and beyond to meet specific needs (child chair, accessible seat, upgrades) - attention that I found non-existence around Jersey City area.Rent here and stay away from Hertz. Avis is so-so, and definitely not Getaround.”

“This location is one of the best I have encountered while renting with AVIS/BUDGET. I've picked up from here at least 5 times and had flawless experience. Convenient location and prompt service gets you going in 10min after getting off the PATH train. Most of the cars are new and relatively clean. The highest odometer reading I have encountered is 17K miles.4/5 because general Avis customer experience can be garbage. I rent through the amazon benefits discount program, where you get 10% back in amazon gift card after the rental. I did not receive the cashback after the last time I rented here. After spending an hour on the phone with the general Avis customer support the issue has been acknowledged but no resolution followed.My suggestion to this location is to establish an off the hours pickup/return process for vetted customers. The parking garage is secure and seems to be open 24h, but cars can only be picked up and returned during the office hours.Edit: Received amazon benefits credit 25 days after rental return.”

“This is my second time renting from Priceless and the entire transaction was seamless! I spoke with Jen this time and advised her that I'd sold my car and needed a rental for a week. After driving this beautiful Hyundai Elantra I purchased one! If you call them in advance make your payment for your rental over the phone & E-Sign your docs. and your process will be even faster. All the attendant has to do is hand you the keys.Don't listen to antiquated people who perfer to walk inside an office wait forever. Welcome to the 21st Century get with the new era! This location is 2 blocks aways from my place. No more Uber to and from airport rental places for me. The staff members at Priceless are all extremely nice. Ask for Ms. Rose or Jen they will take good care of you.”
