“I took my car to Berdar's after recommendations from several friends who all agreed that Berdar's is consistently honest with good service. This was my experience as well. I thought I knew what the problem was with my car and they could have charged me through the nose to "fix it". Instead, I got an honest, cheaper fix and a lot less stress in my life. Will do business with this shop again.”

We had the best experience with them and if I ever had another accident with my vehicle, they would be the first place I would go to. They keep you informed and updated. They help you with all the paperwork for the state and insurance carriers and they follow up to make sure that you are happy.”
“Based on a recommendation I gave this shop a try. It is a busy shop, so they were only able to get me in 1 month later than other shops in the area. But it was definitely worth the wait. They offered to have me bring my car in, to see if it was drive-able for the two months. Excellent service, good communication, and they even washed my car outside and in. “So, I’m always extremely hesitant to go to any body shops or mechanic mainly because I’ve been screwed over by them and or are VERY over priced… going into a mechanic and or body shop can be overwhelming and intimidating. On 2/13/24 I got two flat tires which has never happened before, I googled nearest body shop and called THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE in less than an hour!!! Not only that gave me an amazing deal with two new tires!!! I can honestly say it was the most calm, easy, and fast. I will never go to another mechanic. “I have been going to George's for years since George was running it and now with his son Corey at the helm. They have always done right by me. I own a 2007 Toyota rav 4, and that car runs like a top, and it's because of them. They have not only repaired my car but taught me along the way. They have taught me how to care for my car and keep it in top form. They work with my budget and are always respectful knowledgeable and friendly. He researches any problems fixes them in a timely manner, and provides excellent customer service. It is a family business, so they are closed weekends. They also have reasonable pricing.”

“They did a wonderful job on my vehicle fender and at an awesome price compared to other auto body shops around Troy and Albany. My one complaint is that it took an extra day to finish because of issues with paint colors ON ANOTHER CAR. It wouldnt of been bad but it was highly Inconvenient being my ride to and from work and kids ride to and from work was the same person who work night and for 4 ( not 3 ) DAYS HE GOT NO SLEEP. And they didnt even discount me any money for the inconvenience.”

“We had an accident on one of thruways about a week ago. Chris from Kennedy’s Garage towed us and the car to his new location. He was very polite and was kind enough to allow us to stay in his office after hours until a family member could pick us up. Chris saw that I was on O2 and didn’t light his cigarette while we were there. I’m sorry some customers have had a bad experience but we had no problems and enjoyed talking to Chris while we waited.”
