Poor customer service. After waiting over 7 hours for a tow truck to come pick up my car, they stopped answering the phone. And they never showed up!! Had to find another tow truck service late at night. Horrible service.

Worst pos sat on the side of the road for 4 hours to call them and them tell me they are nowhere near would never recommend theses pos to anyone ????????Service: Car towing

Matched through my USAA app. Waited hours for them to tow my car and never showed up. Cancelled on me afterwards. Absolutely disreputable.
