“I have been going to George's for years since George was running it and now with his son Corey at the helm. They have always done right by me. I own a 2007 Toyota rav 4, and that car runs like a top, and it's because of them. They have not only repaired my car but taught me along the way. They have taught me how to care for my car and keep it in top form. They work with my budget and are always respectful knowledgeable and friendly. He researches any problems fixes them in a timely manner, and provides excellent customer service. It is a family business, so they are closed weekends. They also have reasonable pricing.”

“They did a wonderful job on my vehicle fender and at an awesome price compared to other auto body shops around Troy and Albany. My one complaint is that it took an extra day to finish because of issues with paint colors ON ANOTHER CAR. It wouldnt of been bad but it was highly Inconvenient being my ride to and from work and kids ride to and from work was the same person who work night and for 4 ( not 3 ) DAYS HE GOT NO SLEEP. And they didnt even discount me any money for the inconvenience.”

“Summary:In terms of quality work, they do a terrific job. But from my own experience, I wouldn't go back to them if I needed a job to be done at a timely fashion. (For More Detail, Read Bellow) Issue I had: I went to them because I had a broken mirror and two of my passengers doors that had dents and crashes; with an additional issue with my passenger door not opening Price: Their pricing is a bit on the steep end of things, so if you're paying out of pocket, get ready to pay a big amount I'm terms of Job Getting Done:They fixed everything I enlisted for to be fixed with no issue Employees:Very helpful and were apologetic of the extra time that they took Overall:The only issue I had was that I was given a time frame of when the job would be done ( which was two weeks) and it was stretch for an additional week; it would have possible stretch further if I was not persistent on calling them. Other than that, the work they did was great and I thank them for it.”

“Had a blowout this past Friday in Clifton Park. Terrible timing. But Essentials made the experience a breeze. Amanda was extremely helpful and provided me with pictures of the drop off at Destination Kia who lied about the drop off day. Won't be my next destination. Kudos to coffmans!”

“We had an accident on one of thruways about a week ago. Chris from Kennedy’s Garage towed us and the car to his new location. He was very polite and was kind enough to allow us to stay in his office after hours until a family member could pick us up. Chris saw that I was on O2 and didn’t light his cigarette while we were there. I’m sorry some customers have had a bad experience but we had no problems and enjoyed talking to Chris while we waited.”
