“We had a tire going soft. Used Geico Road Service who sent these guys to assist us. They showed up much earlier than anticipated and removed the bad tire and put the spare on in a very quick time. I have never dealt with road service being so quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them.”

“Went there for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle. The guy that inspected it (I think he's the owner too) actually cared and made sure to alert me to a number of things and educate me on what exactly might be of concern in them. He also told me about questions I should ask the dealership. He was very straightforward and wasn't influenced one bit by the presence of the dealership's representative there. On the contrary, he told me in his presence to go on Facebook market to gauge the price and see if I was being charged fairly. He generally gives off a very honest/direct/fair vibe. Genuinely recommend.”
“I never write reviews. It was my 11 year wedding anniversasry yesterday. My wife and I drove from Rochester, NY to eat a Friendys around the corrner. When we pulled into the parking lot of the Friendlys our car started making a weird banging noise. Ugh Almost 100 miles away from home.
We called the Local NISSAN dealer, and they couldn't see us same day. I called Goodyear and they said they could take a look at it when we brought it in. We finished our food, and took it over.
They were able to get it fixed, and on our way (FOR UNDER $100!) with in less than 25 minutes.
They could have charged me so much more, b/c we were effectly stranded, but they were honest, and told it was only a metal strap that had corroded. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.”

“Purchased and replaced two front tires (one spare). After they completed, we realized we hadn’t brought the tire with the alloy rim to replace the black hub on the spare. They allowed us to run home and back and switched rims. Great service!”
“Excellent service! I received an oil change for my vehicle. I am a new customer. They fit me into their schedule. My car was taken back on time and I got it back exactly in an hour. They topped off my car’s fluids and checked the pressure in the tires too. No one upcharged me or tried to sell me an additional service. I appreciate that! Tim was professional and friendly. “Best staff ever. These guys are more like family than they are like "just an auto shop". They took care of my mother's vehicles while she was still alive, joked with her.. and did everything they could to keep her cars running safe. They have put up with me and my vehicles.. some of which were older and not so much fun to work on. They have been kind to me times when I was so stressed out that i'm sure I was no fun to be around either. Even when repairs were difficult for them, or a few times when I was sure it was something else (I'm not a mechanic and should just let their guys do their job).. they were still as pleasant as it gets. I have never had them take a bad day out on me and i'm sure at some point they must have had a bad day. There's nobody I trust more and no other shop that I'd go to. “While on an out-of-town trip on a Sunday morning, a rear wheel strut broke and was rubbing against the tire. Quick google search and found Mavis. We pulled in and the service was immediate they looked at our car and got to taking care of us. We were very happy to have it taken care of immediately. Very polite and courteous. “Today was the second time I was having tire work done to one of my vehicles. The first time was a few weeks ago, to have a screw removed and they were able to fit my car in right away, when every other place was too busy to help out. I brought my wife’s car there today for a screw in a tire and they again stopped what they were doing and handled the job. After looking at the tire, the stated that the screw did not puncture the wheel and there was no damage. They still fixed the tire and told me that it was no charge. I will deal be using this garage for any of my vehicles needs. I would highly recommend them!!!”
“Excellent service. Got a flat tire on a highway nearby, irreparable (a big cut) and decided I'd better replace two of them since a long trip was ahead. Rare tires, R14, other shops could not find, but these guys had them and replaced in an hour and a half - not bad, considering I came with no appointment. Thanks, you saved the vacation.”

“Shaver Tree Services, LLCIf you ever break down in NY, get your truck to TRS! Top Notch service! We were up from Alabama on a line crew, getting tree off power lines when my bucket truck lost power. Limped it into the shop and took a few days waiting on parts, but we were well taken care of in the process. The Owner, Bob, was overwhelmingly accommodating. Robbie was our first contact and got us in quickly, Jamison, Billy and a couple others were the mechanics to help diagnose some turbo issues and we got a full PM while we were there, new headlights and replaced our beacon light that fried on us in the way up. They happen to have a used one off of one of their trucks and put it in for us. Not kidding, we were all around Syracuse NY and some of the sweetest people you’d ever meet.Thank you TRS, customer for life!”
