“One day my car drove great, the next day terrible. One day forward and reverse, the next day only reverse. ?♀️ so I took it to Gary's AUTO on North Main St. in North Syracuse. Gary stated he does NOT do transmissions but was happy to check out the situation and would let me know what I would need to do.In less than 3 hours I got a call from Gary...all my parts are good and gear shifter cable was working fine BUT, a PENNY got lodged in the gear box along with some other loose change. Apparently it's pretty common for "stuff" to fall under the boot and get trapped in the gear box.Gary is Honest, Experienced, and speaks "WOMAN"really well (that means he Listens and is Respectful) and is the BEST LOCAL AUTO MECHANIC for my family! Thanks Gary for getting me back on the road again so quickly ?”

“I want to thank everybody at Jeffrey’s auto body for the work done on my vehicle. In December of last year someone hit my car, I called my dealership to see if they have any recommendations and they told me Jeffrey’s. I wanted no aftermarket parts and or used parts and Jeffrey’s said absolutely. I had to wait until March. When March came around we waited for my new doors to arrive and sadly they were on back order from Honda for another 3 months. They finally called me up a little over a week ago and told me they were ready to complete the work and gave me a loaner in the mean time. I was extremely happy with the outcome. Offering testing of batteries, alternators, is very helpful. They used to install wipers and batteries, if they still do that, that is very nice. Parking here is fine and easy in out to route 11.”

“Excellent !! I needed a starter for my silverado. I usually do my own work as much as I can. I diagnosed the problem myself and thought it was the starter but I could nit get the bolts out. Mike's service was highly recommended to me by a coworker. I decided to give them a chance. They diagnosed and came to the same conclusion, replaced my starter and charged me what I thought was very reasonable. I will honestly recommend them. If you need any auto repairs or something you can't figure out give Mike's service a chance.”
