They made sure that the car was safe to drive it home and secured the headlight etc. I really appreciate that they helped him out. “Shaver Tree Services, LLCIf you ever break down in NY, get your truck to TRS! Top Notch service! We were up from Alabama on a line crew, getting tree off power lines when my bucket truck lost power. Limped it into the shop and took a few days waiting on parts, but we were well taken care of in the process. The Owner, Bob, was overwhelmingly accommodating. Robbie was our first contact and got us in quickly, Jamison, Billy and a couple others were the mechanics to help diagnose some turbo issues and we got a full PM while we were there, new headlights and replaced our beacon light that fried on us in the way up. They happen to have a used one off of one of their trucks and put it in for us. Not kidding, we were all around Syracuse NY and some of the sweetest people you’d ever meet.Thank you TRS, customer for life!”

“No reason to not give 5 stars, but the fact that I got dinged almost 12% of my bill as "shop supplies" is ridiculous to me. It's a small lawnmower tire. What on earth "shop supplies" are needed to shove a tube into a dinky tire? I get that everybody is dealing with increased prices, but justify what shop supplies u needed for this job!!! Guess I'm "just being petty! " Otherwise, they did what I paid them to do , in a timely manner.”

“If you drive a Subaru and live or study near Ray's then you are in luck. Ray kept my daughters Outback in top shape while she was a student at Syracuse. He really knows these inside and out (30 years experience) which is handy because he can do things faster and right the first time.He is also a good guy, for example: my daughter's hood rod holder was missing and she had been using an elastic to keep the rod from bouncing onto the spinning belts. She took the car in for exhaust service and Ray saw this, found one he had 'kicking around' and installed it for her. He just did it on his own, that is how Ray rolls.Services: Exhaust”

“I have purchased two cars here in the last year and a half. 22 Kia ev6 which we love and 23 kia forte just purchased this week. Our sales person was Ila young. She is awesome. If you ask her a question and she don’t know the answer she will get find the answer. We did the application online and gave her all the information she needed. We walked in for our slotted time well actually 45 min early. And we were only in building for 30 min doing paper work. She makes sure everything goes smoothly. When we get to the car she will help hook everything up and help you understand the features before you leave. Which is nice because the forte was for my god daughter which has never owned a car before. Which makes it a nice experience for a first time buyer and now she will not be intimidated for her next purchase later in life. So if you’re looking to purchase a car I would definitely go here and talk with Ila”

“Our vehicle was hit by a deer back in January and the body shop finally got our car repaired by March, but they were very transparent and honest about the fact our insurance company was dragging their feet on paying out on our claim. Sarah was incredibly helpful in explaining what we needed to do and what was happening with our insurance company, so based on that information, we switched insurance carriers as soon as our policy expired. When our old insurance company finally paid up on our claim, our car was repaired and it tooks almost brand spanking new. I have no complaints about this body shop and I'll definitely consider them first if something like this happens again.”
