If you ask her a question and she don’t know the answer she will get find the answer. We did the application online and gave her all the information she needed. We walked in for our slotted time well actually 45 min early. And we were only in building for 30 min doing paper work. She makes sure everything goes smoothly. When we get to the car she will help hook everything up and help you understand the features before you leave. Which is nice because the forte was for my god daughter which has never owned a car before. Which makes it a nice experience for a first time buyer and now she will not be intimidated for her next purchase later in life. So if you’re looking to purchase a car I would definitely go here and talk with Ila”

“Our vehicle was hit by a deer back in January and the body shop finally got our car repaired by March, but they were very transparent and honest about the fact our insurance company was dragging their feet on paying out on our claim. Sarah was incredibly helpful in explaining what we needed to do and what was happening with our insurance company, so based on that information, we switched insurance carriers as soon as our policy expired. When our old insurance company finally paid up on our claim, our car was repaired and it tooks almost brand spanking new. I have no complaints about this body shop and I'll definitely consider them first if something like this happens again.”
