“I’ve been coming to this KeyBank location for 4 years now. The people working here are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I’ve come in with many different requests over the years and they have always offered multiple options and respected my choices (even if it was a choice that wasn’t the best for the bank). I’ve always appreciated their assistance and professionalism.”

“I rarely write reviews but exceptional service deserves to be praised. I don’t generally like going to the bank and I’m paying a fee to cash my check since I don’t have an account with them. It is however the issuing bank for my paycheck. The teller whom completed my transaction was wonderful and d I thought he deserved to be recognized. Shawn (or Sean; I didn’t ask about the spelling,)was both personable and professional which is a rarity. As we were speaking I brought up my toddler and he was so kind as to give me a small “thank you” baggy with some bandies in it and a couple lollipops specifically for my son even asking what his favorite color is. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful. I hope his bosses see this and give him a raise. I will be returning to this branch specifically because of him. Maybe I’ll even end up opening an account rather than only banking online. He made my day far more pleasant. Thank you Shawn (sorry if it’s the other spelling-I’ll make sure to find out next time.) I will even wait in line longer to make sure he’s the one with whom I do my transactions from now on. He was that pleasant. He should be promoted. Unfortunately for me that would likely mean seeing him less if he’s not a teller anymore but he deserves it.”

“Had no idea at all how to do a money transfer w my phone, computer, garbage disposal or any other 'device' I own. My teller(Adrienne) was patient, eager to understand what I needed to do and extraordinarily helpful. Within a few minutes everything went thru like clockwork. THAT'S Customer Service!!”
