“Recently I bought a nice pickup from Van Bortel Ford. Canandaigua National Bank handles a lot of their financing. They handle my loan. A couple of weeks ago I went into the bank to make my first payment, and get to know a few people there. I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Jasmine Colon who took care of my first payment. She was very professional. She also explained a few other services the bank offered. When Jasmine finished my paperwork, she also introduced Mr. Kyle Smith to me. Kyle is a financial services representative at this branch. Kyle also went over some of the additional financial services the bank offered. I was impressed with the way he and Jasmine handled me on my first visit to this bank. I've always admired CNB. I can see why this bank has been around well over a century. I'm sure I'll be doing additional work with them in the future. The bank is located on Hudson avenue in Irondequoit. Directly across the street from Wegmans. It's a nice looking building with ample parking and dual lane for banking from your car.”

“It's very easy to open an account at Chase. International students require their passport and I-20 (Tax ID number from home nation isn't mandatory). Staff is friendly.Can deposit cash if you have a debit card (or at least linked to a digital wallet like GPay or Apple Pay).”

My mom has been using MT bank for over 20 years and cant say enough about the customer service in the branch. We both hate the automated system when we call in and it seems like a waist of time”

“We have been customers of the bank for over 17 years, in two different states. Both locations we used as our main branch gave impeccable service. The tellers go out of there way to recognize us & remember our names. It's a personal touch of each branch. We have also used the bank for other services, and have had nothing but top notch service. Another thing I appreciate about the bank, is they don't nickel and dime you on service fees alike other banks. Rather I have an acct with them or not, they understand if I'm happy with there services, I'm more likely to refer others to them.”
