“Rushed to the Post Office after work to get there before they closed. Literally made it by 2 minutes. I had to file paperwork to open a PO Box. I was greeted by Ar-Nay who took the extra time to help me even though it was after 5pm. She was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush me at all. This can become problematic if you don’t have a printer and would like it on quality paper.The seller of the souvenir ticket on Etsy suggested that I emailed the digital copy to Staples and have them print it. I thought this was an amazing idea, After spending about two hours, trying to figure it all out I gave up and drove down to my local Staples Store on Sunrise Hwy in Patchogue. This is where I encountered the most amazing, helpful, professional knowledgeable person named Kyle who literally helped me through every step in under 10 minutes. He’s my hero, and I truly appreciate his kind heart and his help. I wish there were more human beings like him. Thank you for restoring my faith in society.Previous review…..Yup, the dreaded back to school shopping, I have to say, it was fairly easy with great prices and sales. Numerous staff on hand to answer all your questions and help you check out quick. In and out in less than an hour. I think that’s a record for me.”

He really came through for me when I need some quick help with important documents to my accountant. I like this store due to him.”
“The staff was so helpful. I was sending a package to my son in Buffalo and couldn’t be sure if anyone would be home when the package arrived. I didn’t want the package to get wet or stolen while on the front porch. The associate who helped me explained that I could send to a UPS Store in Buffalo and suggested I call the Buffalo store to make sure that they would be able to receive the package and have my son pick it up for a small fee.”
