“At first they delayed my package due to “severe weather or emergency” on a beautiful day, and I was livid. However, I later learned they had attempted to deliver it early, and were stopped by construction down the road. They then went out again later in the same day to deliver it once the work had stopped. I appreciate the help I got from the call center as well as from the store itself, as they were all real nice and understanding about my initial frustration with the situation.”

“Rushed to the Post Office after work to get there before they closed. Literally made it by 2 minutes. I had to file paperwork to open a PO Box. I was greeted by Ar-Nay who took the extra time to help me even though it was after 5pm. She was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush me at all. Because of her I was able to cross something off my to-do list without having to come back another day. Thanks, Ar-Nay!”

“I came in because my business card colors were not printing correctly. Tyler was such a HUGE help. I felt like I was at a luxury printing press. He helped me match the color from a previous card I had printed so it was as close as possible. He was super patient and knowledgeable. I am very impressed. “11/29/23 if your old school and really enjoy having a hardcopy ticket for a concert then you can go on Etsy and order a souvenir ticket, however, Etsy will only offer you a digital copy that you must print yourself. This can become problematic if you don’t have a printer and would like it on quality paper.The seller of the souvenir ticket on Etsy suggested that I emailed the digital copy to Staples and have them print it. I thought this was an amazing idea, After spending about two hours, trying to figure it all out I gave up and drove down to my local Staples Store on Sunrise Hwy in Patchogue. This is where I encountered the most amazing, helpful, professional knowledgeable person named Kyle who literally helped me through every step in under 10 minutes. He’s my hero, and I truly appreciate his kind heart and his help. I wish there were more human beings like him. Thank you for restoring my faith in society.Previous review…..Yup, the dreaded back to school shopping, I have to say, it was fairly easy with great prices and sales. Numerous staff on hand to answer all your questions and help you check out quick. In and out in less than an hour. I think that’s a record for me.”
