“I've been with the Hannaford in Glenville for a very long time, they have been wonderful. Tim, Danielle, Techs are stellar. Coreen not so much. Constant attitude ive tried to kill her with kindness, benefit of the doubt maybe some personsal issues but it's been 2 years nothing changes. She seems miserable which causes unprofesionalism. Literally called to check if scripts were filled one was incorrect left me on hold for 12 mins put the phone down heard everything then hung up on me..Shes not kind. As a pharmacist I cannot comment.”

“Every time I've gotten my script filled they have been pleasant efficient very helpful when my insurance was being difficult they got me through and they also gave me discounts so I love them and I'm so happy that I have them and I cannot complainc at all especially when so many people have so many different needs and theyare very caring every single pharmacy I go to I hate the service and when they don't know what they're doing CVS called me all the time it's very hard to please everyone but they are working very hard and tough timesit's very hard to please everyone but they are working very hard and tough times when there is a lot of sickness and I thank them very much”

“My Lady Wife's family has been using this CVS since prior to 1989. I belive they switched to this location as soon as it was built. When I married my wife in 1992 and moved to Glenville, this became my pharmacy too. And we still use them today. Like any business, they sometimes get swarmed with customers at the same time, staff gets tired/overwhelmed, they end up short staffed, etc. But in over 31 years, the customer service has NEVER been worse than neutral in good manners. Yeah, sometimes it was obvious that the staff member was "not feelng it" and didn't want to be there. But they were never rude, nasty, condescending, any of that. Just did their job.And any advice has always been acccurate. They have all of our records, and more than once caught an allergy or drug interaction the doctor missed.Honestly, what more could you ask for in a business?”

“I love this store, best place for fat back/white side meat. Always fresh meats, a little pricey but the products seem to be the best next to one other place I go to specifically for fresh meats... But I give this Hannaford 4 stars always clean, always nice friendly staff. They usually have what you're looking for, it's my home store.”
