His pediatrician was incredibly dismissive and I was so frustrated. Melissa has always been amazing, but this was a time I just really needed help and she was there. “I'm a Pharmacist. A former customer was not satisfied and wanted to transfer prescriptions out. CVS pharmacist was very rude and very unprofessional on the phone, refused to transfer the prescriptions because he doesn't have the time to transfer 10 prescriptions and hung up on me. I will be reporting this to the Board of Pharmacy.update:Apparently, the pharmacist I dealt with was a floating pharmacist. The pharmacy manager called and apologized and got the prescriptions transferred. Her name is Marion. she is very professional. If you have any problems talk to her. I updated my review to 4 stars”
