“Always will stop in there along as the man Harlem is working. Always positive always smiling always asking how you're doing. A very personable guy. Not to often where you go to a gas station over and over and see someone with the same attitude as Harlem has shown. Line will be almost out the door and he will be working behind the register by himself and will still be positive. People like him make stores a lot more likely for returning customers.”

“My Lady Wife's family has been using this CVS since prior to 1989. I belive they switched to this location as soon as it was built. When I married my wife in 1992 and moved to Glenville, this became my pharmacy too. And we still use them today. Like any business, they sometimes get swarmed with customers at the same time, staff gets tired/overwhelmed, they end up short staffed, etc. But in over 31 years, the customer service has NEVER been worse than neutral in good manners. Yeah, sometimes it was obvious that the staff member was "not feelng it" and didn't want to be there. But they were never rude, nasty, condescending, any of that. Just did their job.And any advice has always been acccurate. They have all of our records, and more than once caught an allergy or drug interaction the doctor missed.Honestly, what more could you ask for in a business?”
