“Fantastic bank! The decor and inside of the bank has been renovated and really elevated since the last picture posted of it from 7 years ago. I highly recommend anyone to come here as they are efficient and friendly. Their implementation of updated technology to help make transactions a lot quicker. But that doesn't mean that there aren't people around to help. I was able to get assistance from anyone in the bank and they are highly patient and helpful. It was an fantastic experience.”

“When I tell you for the first time ever I met a person in customer service that is the definition of great customer service. I went into this mcu branch for the first time. I saw a teller and had a question for someone. Amber Timmons called my name after I checked in. This lady was like the mulitasker multifixer best person to work with. I can't begin to explain how over and beyond she went for me. I sat with her for a hr and she smiled through her mask the whole time. Giving me credit advice, account advice. And helped me find charges from 2yrs ago. I NEVER do in store compliments but even after just finishing a 18hr shift and tired I HAD to tell someone how amazing of a worker she was to me. “I went to Chase this morning to withdraw money for our vacation. The ATM machines inside (the very inside Bank Premises) were inoperative as some renovations were being done. A Bank Staff named BRYAN seeing me approached and helped me and brought me to the teller to withdraw my money. He said I didn’t need to fill up the form. He motioned to the teller to help me out. And wow! The teller named VALERIA was very, very kind, helpful in assisting me. For me this Chase Bank is the best. All their staff are friendly, warm and helpful. “I went to this branch because my local branch in Middle Village Queens in Eliot Avenue, refused to help me. They said they were unable to do a domestic wire transfer to a bank in Manhattan that would convert the USD into euros, when I told the middle Village branch that I have done this before, and I wanted to speak to a manager I was told by the manager who was hanging out for 10-15 minutes since I arrived , That they were not able to do it and sent me on my way. Even though I also told her that I was able to do this before. Then I went to the Maspeth branch after calling customer service, and finding out the transfer could be done. I was helped by a teller name Grace. Grace was nothing more than polite and helpful, she assisted me in my transaction and apologize for the bad behavior of the other branch she knew what to do and she follow through with my transaction and could not believe, when I told the other bank that I had done this before that they didn’t sit down and try to assist me further. No wonder the Maspeth bank was so crowded in the middle village. One was empty.”

However, I did encounter some discomfort as she persistently tried to convince me to open a savings account despite my reluctance due to the absence of a bonus. Even after firmly declining, she continued to press the matter multiple times and even questioned my financial competence.Nevertheless, my checking account and CD were eventually opened, and after a few months, I received the promised sign-up bonus. Despite the minor pressure during the process, the overall outcome met my expectations, making Citizens Bank a satisfactory choice for my banking needs.”
