“Had to go to this Citibank because at the one I usually go to they we're working inside and I couldn't use the ATM to make my deposit This Citibank is bigger than the one I usually go to and more well lit My husband usually goes in with me but because was raining and we had our autistic disabled son in the car he just parked by a pump with my son in the car because I didn't want him out in the rain”

“This Chase bank doesn't have a private parking lot like a couple of others around the area, but it's well maintained and the staff has generally been friendly and helpful up to what they're allowed to do (I mean people generally bank with Chase because they have the most convenient locations in NYC, not necessarily because they have the most consumer-friendly policies and rates). With that said, this branch almost feels like a local bank. And luckily for me, it's within walking distance. When I'm out driving, I sometimes go to another branch with a parking lot, but customer service doesn't seem as consistent or as willing to help elsewhere. I think pretty soon, the tellers may sadly be getting replaced with machines in the other locations, but hopefully this branch will be kept intact.”

“I come here because this is one of the closest banks to my house. It is always clean and the atms are always working. There is a big parking lot which is a plus for queens. It conveniently located on the corner of main and union. Wish they had a drive thru but I guess there isnt enough space for one. Come check this chase out”

“great place, have been bringing my cars here for years for inspections and oil changes. they are honest and don't try to scam you out of money for unnecessary work. prices are decent. service is usually fast... they are honest if it's going to take longer than usual so i can drop the car off and come back instead of waiting. i got my inspection done today and it was done even more quickly than promised. the guy is always super nice. i will continue to bring my cars here.”
