“After an unsuccessful try with another company, I tried to re-sign up with AT&T Prepaid and get my number ported over. I went through their process on-line (which is what they recommend) and when I was about to finish, they advised me what my "new number" would be! No, no, no... So when it asked me to set up a new account and PIN, I didn't finish the transaction ; just closed out of it. I then immediately proceeded to try to call AT&T to really just cancel the transaction. I ended up making 4 calls, and each one asked me for my PIN. I kept trying to tell them I didn't have one and I was put on hold each time (at least 20 mins each) and got either "you'll have to talk to another department", or "you'll have to go to an AT&T store". I kept asking if they could just cancel the new transaction and every one told me no. So after 2 hours of this, I did end up going to the store. Once I got there, I met Court Sturdy, AT&T Territory Mgr. He initially told me there probably wasn't much he could do either, but was kind enough to call AT&T with me to see if he could use his inside influence to figure this out. Once again, he and I talked to 3 different people in the Prepaid dept; none of any more helpful than the 4 I'd already spoken to. The last one ended up referring us to a manager (who was quite rude to Court and was extremely hesitant to give him is AT&T ID number) told us I'd either have to 1. pay another $30 (my port in number was a different "region" - huh???) so I could use the number I wanted immediately (which is tied to so many accounts) or 2. wait til my next billing cycle (using the new generated number) and change it then (seriously?), or he would have to get me a refund. If I wanted the refund, he couldn't help me, but could transfer me to the Refund Dept. So after another 2 hours with Court, we finally got the correct dept and it took them about 5 minutes to verify and then confirm a refund.I can't say enough about Court. He was very helpful, persistent with obtaining our objective, and then taking the extra time to get my new account all set up (with the number I needed ported in). All those other prepaid reps we spoke to can take some lessons from him in excellent customer service!”

“so - we went to T-Mo on Jeff Rd / Marketplace Dr. They were TERRIBLE!! The salesperson couldn't be LESS interested in what we had to say (another review), so we went to the Brighton location. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Lemme tell you. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly. They took the time to explain ALL the features of the plan and really spent time answering ALL of my questions. Their patience and understanding was second to none. I would HIGHLY recommend this store for all of your T-Mo needs. Can't say ENOUGH good things about this crew. We were there for over 2 hrs, porting phones over, and they were very patient with all of the juggling we needed to do. Love the service, with no issues. High speed data is STUPID FAST! If you're interested in going pink, come to THIS location!! They are an AUTHORIZED retailer - don't go to the other places that are jokes.”

“I had amazing customer service from Briasia a few weeks ago when switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. There were several problems (no fault of hers), and she was calm, cool, and the utmost professional start to finish. A few other employees and her manager also lent a hand a different times, and they were all knowledgeable and worked well together. The whole store had a good atmosphere. At a time when customer service is hard, if not impossible, to come by, I was very impressed! It took several hours from start to finish, but Briasia made sure the job was done completely and correctly. I can't remember the last time I had that kind of customer service. Thank you, and keep up the great work!”

“Like everything else, including us, humans, (LOL) there's a life span, and then things wear out, fade, and then expire. Including garbage cans :). And it's safe to say mine had seen better days. Always cleaned and sanitized, bleached, but it was beat. Being close to Walmart, but not always pleased, I still gave it a chance. I went there in pursuit of a new kitchen garbage can and the selection was slim, not many in stock, and not much info as to when new stock was coming in. So I ventured to Target as I've done before. I walked into a very clean, spic & span store, was politely greeted by 2 young stock/inventory men. I asked for directions as to where I could find garbage cans and they immediately directed me. When I got to the isle I had a question about the can top and then locations of bags, and again, prompt help, service! The garbage can is an 11.4 gallons priced at $12.00 dollars, and I also purchased a 110 13 gallon bags at $8.99, grand total, $22.67. And the cash out line was expeditious. I'm pleased! And when I left, I mentioned to the cash out clerk how clean the store was, and helpful the sales people were. I said this is much different than Walmart. He looked at me and said, "we try sir". Target is a well run store, 5 stars!”

“I have shopped in this Walmart before but this was my first time using the pickup service. It is great! I sat at home and picked out what I needed and submitted my order. They have you provide your payment info and then choose a time for the pickup. They send you verification of the time and your list and total. Since I was picking up Tuesday (I finished my order at 1am Monday) I also had several hours to add or remove items also. I then got another notice for my adjustments to the order. A couple of items were out of stock and they provided equal replacements if I wanted them, which I did. A notice was sent notifying me my order was ready. When I arrived there is a number to call on the markers for parking to do the pickup. There were 3 ahead of me. I waited only 10-15 minutes tops to get my order. The only man doing this was so nice and very fast. I say 5 min for mine because I had a big order. Heads up though. They brought my order out in stackable plastic totes that they empty into your own bags so make sure you bring enough to the Macedon store. My only complaint was the Walmart app. I could not get the app to work for letting them know I was on my way. That's not the store though. That's the comp”

“When you're in need, this Target is there for you indeed. They are always well stocked with frozen waffles so you never need to be stressed out walking in there thinking "will they have frozen waffles". Some Targets might only have a few frozen waffle options to choose from, but this location sets the bar high as there are such a vast variety stocked on the shelves. If I'm having friends or family over, then I'm certainly going to this Target first to stock up on 2 to 3 different kinds of frozen waffles. Some people like to make their frozen waffles in the microwave, but honestly I prefer utilizing a toaster oven because I think you get a better overall outcome. Thank you Target for being there for me.”

“We have 7 lines on our plan so I am constantly in need of something. This location is super convenient! I love having somewhere to stop into in person, and Alissa has been so helpful the last two times I have been there! I opened a new line and was transferring someone else's number from Spectrum to my Verizon plan. It wasn't working at first and Alissa gave me her number when I left the store to make sure to follow up with me and see it through. She was so thorough and helped until the issue was resolved. The second time I went in, my husband's phone had just stopped working. I went in to upgrade, I was paired with Alissa again, and again, it was an amazing experience! She's top notch for customer service! I have to go in today for my daughters phone and I'm hoping she's there! Everyone in this store is really friendly both times I've been in. They all seem knowledgeable about the phones and the services.”
