“Throughout my years of visiting the Apple store in Eastview Mall, Victor, New York, I have consistently observed the knowledgeable and respectful nature of the staff. The store's cleanliness and maintenance are commendable. While I find the store's ambiance to be excessively bright and white, it aligns with Apple's brand identity of high-end and clean aesthetics. Despite my previous appreciation for Apple products, their increasing cost has made them less accessible to the average American consumer. Nevertheless, I still find enjoyment in visiting the store, experimenting with the various displays and options, and simply browsing their offerings. Overall, the store provides a pleasant experience for occasional visits.”

“My husband and I were shopping for another TV, monitor for his laptop and a laptop for me. We were helped by Ben, a sales representative, and he showed us a television we never thought or considered purchasing, he showed me the perfect laptop for my needs and showed us a monitor for my husband. He spent a couple of hours with us explaining everything in detail. He was patient and knowledgeable regarding everything. This is the reason we shop at Best Buy...the staff makes it easy and they know their stuff!”

He went above and beyond to find the deal and plan that worked best for us, communicated everything and answered our questions professionally and thoroughly. When an issue arose with the transfer of service creating a long delay, he acted quickly and persistently with the applicable departments to resolve the problem and updated us the whole way. “When you're in need, this Target is there for you indeed. They are always well stocked with frozen waffles so you never need to be stressed out walking in there thinking "will they have frozen waffles". Some Targets might only have a few frozen waffle options to choose from, but this location sets the bar high as there are such a vast variety stocked on the shelves. If I'm having friends or family over, then I'm certainly going to this Target first to stock up on 2 to 3 different kinds of frozen waffles. Some people like to make their frozen waffles in the microwave, but honestly I prefer utilizing a toaster oven because I think you get a better overall outcome. Thank you Target for being there for me.”
