Yes, the car did drip for a few days in the summer heat, but that was explained when I dropped off the car. They also washed the car before I picked it up.

“Ford issued a recall for the EcoSport I bought in 2021. I brought my car in for repair at the end of October, 2025. I picked the car up yesterday, Jan. 24. VanBortel Ford lent a car for my use for the 3 months my car was waiting for parts, then waiting for the only technician trained to fix the problem. Imagine my gratitude for the use of the loaner with my only cost being refueling! I sing my praises for the Service Department personnel and the coordination of tasks they perform.
