“This was my first time in my life having to have my tires changed. I changed cars before I even got to that point. The service was easy. The wait-in time for the tire change and alignment was about an hour. The price for the tires and labor was what I expected. The employee took me through the receipt and he was honest about what I needed and didn't need. Overall, I'm happy.”

Even though they were not expecting me, they were very helpful, and Bob even remembered me from a previous visit with a different vehicle. While working on my car, Bob communicated with me before doing anything and got my car back to me quicker than I had been prepared for. “Got tires from tire rack. The little speed shop was on their list of installers. Decided to have them detail my 2019 Jetta with ceramic coating. They got me in within a week for both. They take their time to do everything right...Jetta needed extra attention on detailing. Best part so far the staff is very attentive and focused on customer service. Was treated like million dollar client even with my 2019 Jetta. I use to go to dealer, both didn't tighten lugs, f'd up girlfriend s front suspension. Had it redo elsewhere going have speed shop check the work!”

“Manny was helpful, friendly and professional. I had a busted tire and needed one resealed. Right on the spot he resealed my tire. I was told I would get a call to come back to receive my new tire in a couple of hours. Sure enough I received my call back and within minutes my tire was put on and I was on my way. These men work very well together. I noticed if one person starts something the next will pickup and finish the job. Excellent teamwork!”

“Interstate is a great battery product and Rochester is lucky to have a distribution warehouse with full inventory. Fleet / commercial pricing is very competitive. Even though it's a warehouse where employees clock in and out by the hour, they don't make you feel like they're rushing you out the door at closing time, even if they've already cashed out the register. Note to self: be nice; don't show up at closing time.”
