“I came in for an oil change, inspection, and tire pressure sensor replacement. They found out that my tires just weren’t inflated enough so I didn’t need to replace those, but my serpentine belt & transmission fluid needed service. Even though this cost more and was unexpected, I appreciated that they didn’t replace my tire pressure sensors because it wasn’t needed but still got some necessary maintenance I didn’t know I needed. Even though I spent more money than I expected, it’s more important that my car is in good condition so I appreciate that they made sure the necessary maintenance was performed. What’s more is when she called me, she took extra time to answer all my questions which was super helpful and made me feel better about this bigger repair.”

All 3 were very kind in handling the bad news and understanding/flexible about my need to leave the car with them until payday.
