“Went to O’Rilley’s today to replace both of my front windshield wiper blades, As I was from out of town and did not know my way around, there are no O’Reillys auto parts where I live-Jeremy was excellent. He not only helped me get the right blades, but he came out and installed them for me as well. I have arthritis in my hands and it’s difficult for me to do something like install wiper blades. He also gave me information on the rewards program and was just overall friendly and helpful.”

“The selection at the store is incredible, and what is even more incredible is the Customer Service; every employee I have encountered, including the store manager have gone way out of their way to help me out and offer me honest advice and just be generally awesome people to deal with… This is something that’s so rare in retail these days, especially with a large company like cycle gear. These guys are just awesome and if you didn’t already know, they change tires for $65 apiece, and only $35 apiece if you buy the tires through them!!
