“My experience today was great. I went to the location on Western Ave and they did not have my wiper blade in stock. The gentleman there was very helpful, looked in the back, and called Central Ave to see if it was in stock. I went to Central Ave and Jake knew what I was there for, pulled the blade from stock, rang me up, and offered to install the blade for me. He came out to my car and put the blade on. I offered him a tip and he refused. I don’t normally leave reviews but, I was so blown away with the level of service. Thanks AutoZone and thanks Jake at the Central Ave. store.”

“Wow, I really wish we'd found this place 6 months ago. They did outstanding work restoring the suspension on our van (a small RoadTrek RV built on a Chevy 3500 van chassis). From the initial estimate, which involved putting it on a lift so we could get under it for a good long look, to picking it up, everything they did was first-rate, professional, and on-time. They said they'd need it for 5 days, and that's exactly what happened. A couple minor, unrelated things that needed fixed, they just took care of. They put it up on the lift again to show me what they'd done.It was a big job, involving undoing some earlier work that turned out to be a disaster, but now we have a lift kit, air bags, new springs, etc., all very cleanly installed and the van drives and tows like a dream. (We weren't sure we'd ever feel safe driving it again after the earlier work by someone else, but now we have no doubts.) They were very good at communicating what was going on, and invited us to drop by anytime to see the progress. We'll definitely be using them again.”

Under warranty so the team gave me a brand new rental Rogue off the lot, and communicated regularly over an entire month. All in all it was fixed. “I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was high quality throughout the initial evaluation, scheduling of repair, repair process, and the final insurance paperwork. They worked directly with my insurance company without a problem. Repair looks good as new and wad performed in a reasonable time. I additionally had scheduling challenges and they were able to accommodate me by sending paperwork via email for me to complete.To give one piece of feedback, they would not call with updates on repair and I had to call twice during the two week repair to confirm they received the vehicle and then receive a status update about 1 week in. They were easy to call and happy to provide the update, but it would have been nice to hear from them either by call or email.Overall I had an excellent experience and would not hesitate to return for future repairs.”

“LONG AWAITING ULTIMATE REVIEWDid a rebuild out of frame down to bear block in 2020 and i must say it was a good experience, after the rebuild I had some minor issues I shared with shop Foreman Pete and he addressed all my concerns.Since that time until now the engine has never failed, it had been tried and tested and proven in all different weather/hill/ load sonorous 6 days a week up to making this post. This engine has been well put back together by tech :AJTo all especially to Owner ops, were its hard to get quality work done these days. “Very good prices on Motorcraft products, sometimes close to online prices when you include shipping. You get your part immediately. Maybe they can be a bit friendlier, but they seem very overworked there and deal mostly with shops who get parts from them. This is not Advance Auto or Autozone, with clueless staff pretending to be mechanics, aisles of fuzzy dice, hub caps, and cheap part lines , they only sell top quality and cater to pros and serious DIYers who know exactly what they want. They are the only local place that carries "Gatorback/Continental Elite" belts. I tell everyone I know about it.”
