“I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. I initially searched for a mechanic shop, and as they were closing for the weekend, I asked them for a recommendation and they recommended Neet’s practically around the corner. I stopped in, showed them the issue and they helped me out and had me on my way in less than 30! “So, I’m always extremely hesitant to go to any body shops or mechanic mainly because I’ve been screwed over by them and or are VERY over priced… going into a mechanic and or body shop can be overwhelming and intimidating. On 2/13/24 I got two flat tires which has never happened before, I googled nearest body shop and called THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE in less than an hour!!! Not only that gave me an amazing deal with two new tires!!! I can honestly say it was the most calm, easy, and fast. I will never go to another mechanic. “Called them this morning and was kind of blown away by this response. We've been having parking battles with the business next door and We were looking for someone to come tow cars out of the lot at night. They said they don't do "predatory towing" and gave us the number of the scummiest scumbags in the towing world John Rivers. Officially it sucks they can't help us but as someone who drives a car in Troy it is great that a tow company actually has some morals and lines they won't cross. If I ever need a tow I'm calling Vons just on this principle alone.”

“We had an accident on one of thruways about a week ago. Chris from Kennedy’s Garage towed us and the car to his new location. He was very polite and was kind enough to allow us to stay in his office after hours until a family member could pick us up. Chris saw that I was on O2 and didn’t light his cigarette while we were there. I’m sorry some customers have had a bad experience but we had no problems and enjoyed talking to Chris while we waited.”
