“Its a cool vibe. The women's bathroom could be cleaned more often. Every time I enter the bathroom its tissue and paper towels on the floor.
The equipment is usually available, and plentiful. I did not like that the 30sec clock in the circuit station was missing. Or maybe they removed that option, because I saw 2 private like areas where weight training was occurring, which is something we don't have at my smaller gym.
I like that you can use the black card amenities by scanning your card and selecting your time on the computer. Cool feature.”

The workouts are exciting, and designed to train your entire body. The gym is super clean, well equipped, and the coaches know what they're doing.”
“Decided to try out the two week trial. I’m currently on week one and I’ve been taking my classes with Saro so far and it’s been amazing. I feel like I’m working out my whole body but also getting help when I need it. Very attentive and helpful, you aren’t just left to do whatever, but there’s a structure and the coach is around constantly helping. The front desk was wonderful, sweet and explained everything. Great place to exercise and great people that work there!”

“I started coming here on classpass and loved it so much I bought a membership. Every single instructor is inspiring, motivating, and personable. They have cultivated an incredible clientele of supportive individuals, so you never feel funny about your fitness level or capabilities. There's a varied offering of classes to keep your routine fresh, the gym is always clean, and there is always someone at the front desk greeting you with a smile. I have never been bummed-out when I can't get to the gym before, but after joining BCF, I genuinely plan my week around getting here as often as I can. ?”
“Superior weightlifting gym for the everyday lifter. Worst thing about it is the personal trainers abusing the crossfit room. They get to claim half the gym even if they are training one person & that's absolutely ridiculous. A class is understandable but one person? No way. I will not factor that in towards the score since I do not use that section other than for a treadmill. I wouldn't complain if half the treadmills outside of that section weren't broken. Removing one star from perfect score until treadmills are repaired or replaced. No bs, it's quiet has 90% of everything you could ever need. No old people or noobs wasting time wandering aimlessly taking up machines. No socialites. No weirdos ogling women. People have a plan, work hard, and get out. I went to blink before this and the difference is night and day. I could actually get a good workout here and it feels good knowing other patrons are after the same thing. Sometimes music can be loud but admittedly I like what's usually playing. Sometimes counter workers try to change prices for protein shakes despite clear pricing being displayed, but stick to your guns and they'll back off. Despite this, still my overall favorite gym.”

The staff here is absolutely the best they’re friendly, professional, and truly care about their clients. The coaches pay close attention to detail and tailor their guidance to help you reach your specific goals. The workouts are always challenging but fun, and the energy in the studio is so motivating.
This location has genuinely become my happy place after work. The community, the cleanliness of the facility, and the supportive environment make it stand out from other studios I’ve been to. “Been going here for a full year, I lost 80 pounds training with Derek. To help keep me on track, if we can't schedule a session for some reason, he will send me excersizes to do on my own. This helps me have better independence when I go, very helpful for someone who is new to training it helps give me more confidence. Since last year, I no longer have hypertension and my diabetes is cured ?(not even pre-diabetic) i am off all medication.

“I took my first class very early one morning, so it was just me and one other person. This made the class feel very personal, and the instructor was able to train us on a better level. It was a 30 minute class that consisted of using the climber machine half the time and then doing light weight lifting the other half. I wasn't crazy about the machine because it was a bit too intense for me, but I enjoyed the other half of the class. The instructor was awesome and kept pushing us beyond what we thought we could handle. I don't think this is the type of studio I would buy a membership at, but I would buy some drop in classes.”
