“Its a cool vibe. The women's bathroom could be cleaned more often. Every time I enter the bathroom its tissue and paper towels on the floor.

The equipment is usually available, and plentiful. I did not like that the 30sec clock in the circuit station was missing. Or maybe they removed that option, because I saw 2 private like areas where weight training was occurring, which is something we don't have at my smaller gym.

I like that you can use the black card amenities by scanning your card and selecting your time on the computer. Cool feature.”

“Decided to try out the two week trial. I’m currently on week one and I’ve been taking my classes with Saro so far and it’s been amazing. I feel like I’m working out my whole body but also getting help when I need it. Very attentive and helpful, you aren’t just left to do whatever, but there’s a structure and the coach is around constantly helping. The front desk was wonderful, sweet and explained everything. Great place to exercise and great people that work there!”

“TAKE. THE. FREE. CLASS. I decided to take the free class almost 2 years ago and signed up for a membership the very next day! This high ceiling, high floor fitness experience has provided me with the physical and mental strength I didn’t even know I was looking for. I joined OTF because I wanted to provide myself with opportunities to move my body in a low-pressure environment where I could start to get back to feeling like myself after having two c-sections. I gained so much more. At OTF, you only compete against yourself and at the NHP location specifically, the extremely supportive and friendly staff help you reach your goals and beyond. This place is more than a gym, it’s a community, one of the best parts of my day and as a working mom, one of the best decisions I have made for ME! I love to brag about being 50lbs down (and counting) and as an athsmatic, no longer having to take two daily medications to manage my Athsma! I owe OTF so much!”

“The thing I like most about the gym is the coaches and their positive enthusiasm. I feel like I have a personal trainer at each of my classes. Guiding us on form and safety and pushing us to our individual limits. The gym is clean with excellent equipment. The exercises combine all aspects of the body and you feel good after you’ve finished class, albeit a sweaty mess!! The atmosphere is completely positive and the teachers cater all exercises to the needs of their students. I can not recommend this gym enough! They have cultivated an incredible clientele of supportive individuals, so you never feel funny about your fitness level or capabilities. There's a varied offering of classes to keep your routine fresh, the gym is always clean, and there is always someone at the front desk greeting you with a smile. I have never been bummed-out when I can't get to the gym before, but after joining BCF, I genuinely plan my week around getting here as often as I can. ?”

“About to be almost a year since I've joined this gym and it has been my favorite one I've been to so far. I merely go for the open gym and even though it's not as big as other commercial gym, I get the best workout done here and wouldn't go back to other gyms. Staff are super friendly and the facility is thoroughly clean. I have taken two of their classes and the trainers are very attentive and makes sure you are reaching your goal. Would highly recommend anyone to join”

“Superior weightlifting gym for the everyday lifter. Worst thing about it is the personal trainers abusing the crossfit room. They get to claim half the gym even if they are training one person & that's absolutely ridiculous. A class is understandable but one person? No way. I will not factor that in towards the score since I do not use that section other than for a treadmill. I wouldn't complain if half the treadmills outside of that section weren't broken. Removing one star from perfect score until treadmills are repaired or replaced. No bs, it's quiet has 90% of everything you could ever need. No old people or noobs wasting time wandering aimlessly taking up machines. No socialites. No weirdos ogling women. People have a plan, work hard, and get out. I went to blink before this and the difference is night and day. I could actually get a good workout here and it feels good knowing other patrons are after the same thing. Sometimes music can be loud but admittedly I like what's usually playing. Sometimes counter workers try to change prices for protein shakes despite clear pricing being displayed, but stick to your guns and they'll back off. Despite this, still my overall favorite gym.”

To further my healing journey. I was blessed with Derek B. As a fitness trainer showing me the use and equipment of the gym. I now have weekly sessions with Derek who is aware of my frame and my weaknesses Therefore giving me particular strength training for my needs Derek pushes me. Which is necessary in My case I will continue to work with Derek in my healing journeyI’m getting better”
