Knowledgeable rep in this Metro, he helped to get galaxy tablet and transfered all my information from old tab to the new galaxy tab. I highly recommend this store in tops.

Love Metro by T-Mobile at Elmwood in Tops, I mistakenly did factory reset for my phone, I came to this store for backing up my information and the representative helped me backing up my information through Gmail and setup my phone. I am happy
