“I have a nice 55” Samsung RU8000 that is only 4 years old. It had trouble turning on for a week or two before it finally couldn’t do it anymore. I paid $900 for it new so I really didn’t want to just toss it in the trash. I called Tom and he said he could most likely fix it. Within 3 days Tom had figured out the problem, fixed the TV, and had it back to me in time to watch the Bills crush the Steelers. The price for repair was fair and much less than a new tv would have cost. Tom was courteous, professional, and great at communicating what was going on throughout the whole process. Thank you!”

“We rented some lights from Powerhouse Pro for an event. They were super accommodating and competitively priced. The store has been around for decades and although it's gone through some reiterations, they have a wide range of lighting equipment for a wide variety of uses. The owner was very nice and guided us through the process of setting everything up ourselves. For a Sunday Event, we picked up the lights on Saturday and returned them on Monday. They also offer DJ services as far as I know, but I haven't looked into them. It's a great local business that can help you with your lighting equipment for your event needs at a very affordable price. Check them out!”

They took care of getting my prescription in the loupes very easily and made sure that I had sufficient battery packs and carrying case. I was just adjusting my loupes earlier and it seems that I need to reach out to them for an adjustment, which I don't believe will be a problem at all.
