Even though I returned my vehicle early, they charged me as if I returned it 2 days late. Don't forget to take a video recording when returning your vehicle.

I rented from Dollar but the people who helped me might have been Hertz employees. Cody, Dora and Omar went out of their way to help me get an item that I had forgotten on the back seat of a rental car that I had returned. Thank you very much to these 3 individuals.

Reserved a car from 5:30pm, but I was told I have to wait at least two hours until next available car gets ready. Don't use Dollar if you don't want to waste your time and money, especially family trip.
