my flight was running late and so i called customer service to confirm how to access my rental. customer service phone number provided incorrect information about how late i could access the vehicle. we were trying to travel to a funeral and this was absolutely horrible to deal with.

I have been trying to reach someone at this location for hours but no one picks up the phone and there is no email address. My flight arrival changed and I just want to let them know to keep my car that I am still coming. The online app does not help and central reservations will not help. Horrible CX!!!

was charged more then my reservation was with no explanation
