“My wife shops here occasionally . I was fortunate to shop with her today. They have very nice female clothes at affordable prices. The organization of the place was great and the shop was clean. The staff were friendly and professional. They spoke Spanish and English among them. One thing that really caught my attention was the background music. I really loved that.”

“A little pricey, but nice. They also had sales, but they expect you to figure out how much 30 or 40 %off the item. Not hard to figure out, but when you see it already taken off it does something different and you may want to pick up a few extra items. Just saying... it's a mind thing and if you're in a rush it's a easy fast buy. No thinking involved. Helps people on a budget too.”
“I had one of the most memorable customer service experiences this past Sunday while shopping at your store on White Plains. I was unable to locate my coupon in my bag upon reaching the cashier, I could not locate the coupon in my email. Frustrated, I left the items and decided to leave the store and perhaps return another time. As I was at the door making one last check in my email, another cashier, whose name I learnt to be Mia, with the brightest smile, beckoned to me and said she would honour my purchase with a coupon. She was genuinely pleasant right through the check-out experience. I will return to that store just because of her. Old Navy you have a gem in this employee. Bottom line is that mia didn’t have to. I was three steps away from the door, but she ensured that I left the store happy and satisfied. I am indeed grateful and please let her know she is valued.”

“I Will Forever Love Rainbows. I Specifically Like Coming To This Location Above All The Many Other Locations Because I Feel Its Bigger And More Items To Choose From. This Store Is Usually Kept Up Nicely As Far As Organization. I Get Anxiety From Big Stores Because Too Many Clothes Are Everywhere n It Freaks Me Out. But Here I Am Actually Okay. They Have Nice Clothes, Many Sizes And 2 Floors.”

“My go to Marshall’s but their shoe selection has gotten worse ? much better for an older woman’s audience.
Also several months ago there was an altercation when someone was stealing. I didn’t know and the cashier just very ominously told me there was blood by the front and to watch out?? every other cashier has been very nice and normal tho”
“Like this store but I don't appreciate their policies that each worker says or doesn't and then you will have an issue later. Brought wrong size bra, and wanted to exchange then they say no exchange but no one said that when I purchased it. So I was going to purchase correct bra and other items, when my friend realize their error he went ballistic. I won't shop again here but they still have cute outfits but wrong people working there”

“Was at this establishment today the employees were amazing I do have one big problem and it’s with management one in particular that goes by the name of Turnom (or however his name is spelt) but that manager not professional at all line is going way pass dressing rooms employee requested for more help and he was rude about giving them extra help”
“There clothes are expensive but they hand out very good discounts if you get more of them same pair like 49.99 for one pants but get a other it’s gonna be 50% off for both so 49.99$ for both win win and the staff are chill but the cashiers have problems with the machine last time I went cuase people have trouble in lines and it’s time wasting but overall worth it.”

“I've been to this store 4 times in the last month they have no extra large sizes. I'm not an extra. Large or even a large. I don't know who makes these clothes but I'll have to check on that! The clothes are very beautiful to look at if you can fit them. They have no dressing room that would help me to keep from running back and forth from the house to the store that is quite far from my house. I need to charge them carfare. You only have 7 days to return an outfit or what do you do with it if you miss the time. It'd be a waste of money. No one has money to waste”

The sales girls were pleasant and the store was packed with lots + lots of merchandise. I had fun shopping retail, something I rarely do, cause crusty service is the worst in this country..”

My 6-year-old daughter unexpectedly became ill, and in that uncomfortable and awkward moment, Brianna, the cashier, along with a Spanish gentleman I believe was a manager, provided incredible support.
Both employees showed remarkable empathy and understanding, handling the situation with grace and professionalism. Despite the discomfort that such an incident can bring, they never displayed any signs of disgust, which made all the difference. “I had such a positive experience shopping here. The staff Anthony were super friendly and patient, especially with my kids trying on different shoes. They had a great selection of trendy sneakers and boots in all sizes, and the store was really clean and organized.
