“Top tier shopping experience! Never in my life have I ever shopped such a clean Marshall’s. Shout out’s to the SM and staff! I jokingly asked the SM if he was excepting a walk through. The racks were sized, the shelves coordinated , themes vibrant allll on a Saturday! I called my mom immediately in complete shock, she responded she experienced the same cleanliness a previous visit . The organization within the store truly enhances the experience. Keep up the great work, you guys made my Saturday!”

“I give this 4 stars for now only because when I went in the store I saw a sign that says "No refund or exchange on ANY footwear" but on the receipt it says "Refunds within 7 days and exchange within 14 days with receipt and tags, unused and in original condition" so then what exactly is it then? If I try on a pair of boots/sneakers and they seem to fit me there and when I get home and start walking around with them and then start feeling uncomfortable, I can't return them?? I am not going to be walking around the store for 20 minutes to see if I feel comfortable with them. I need to try them out at least when I'm home or around around my block. It's a good thing my boots fit me perfectly, because if they didn't I would have lost $80 on them.”
“So I'd like to talk about the excellent service I had today. Marcus and his team are such kind and patient people. I stopped in today to pick up uniforms for my boys who are so hard to please and picky. Marcus walked me through sizes, check stock for sizes that weren't out front he even search personally for sizes I wasn't able to find. While this may seem atypical it's not. Alot of stores are lacking true patience and customer service. MARCUS is a excellent manager, and he has an A team. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING IN SUCH A TRYING TIME. You guys Rock!”

This Store Is Usually Kept Up Nicely As Far As Organization. I Get Anxiety From Big Stores Because Too Many Clothes Are Everywhere n It Freaks Me Out. But Here I Am Actually Okay. “I had one of the most memorable customer service experiences this past Sunday while shopping at your store on White Plains. I was unable to locate my coupon in my bag upon reaching the cashier, I could not locate the coupon in my email. Frustrated, I left the items and decided to leave the store and perhaps return another time. As I was at the door making one last check in my email, another cashier, whose name I learnt to be Mia, with the brightest smile, beckoned to me and said she would honour my purchase with a coupon. She was genuinely pleasant right through the check-out experience. I will return to that store just because of her. Old Navy you have a gem in this employee. Bottom line is that mia didn’t have to. I was three steps away from the door, but she ensured that I left the store happy and satisfied. I am indeed grateful and please let her know she is valued.”

“Let me start off by saying I’ve never experienced great service like I have in this store… Everyone was so helpful especially Joshua for having patience with me and helping my experience there so much easier and Melanie for being professional and letting me know about the city jeans app and Instagram page to be updated on the latest releases. Tyler, the manager, kept everything in order and made sure everyone was being attended… absolutely love this store! 10/10 definitely recommend!”

One of the few places I could find clothes slim enough and long enough in children’s sizes. I love that you can drop off your old clothing to re sell at second hand places or for fabric recycling instead of throwing it out! You will get a coupon if you donate your old clothes.”

Brought wrong size bra, and wanted to exchange then they say no exchange but no one said that when I purchased it. So I was going to purchase correct bra and other items, when my friend realize their error he went ballistic. I won't shop again here but they still have cute outfits but wrong people working there”

“Okay girlies I just want y’all to remember that the nova and rainbow have the same vendors.This store has everything!! Cute outfits and the manger is very nice! I got there before the store opened and he let me in to browse around! Then he turned around and gave me a great discount with the promise to give a review and to return back.
