“I have always enjoyed GameStop. This review is more about the service than the actual store. My wife and I stopped in today and were immediately greeted by the associate Joe. Through the whole process of purchasing a game system, games and accessories, Joe was incredible. He was super informative, helpful, kind, and the most accommodating person I have ever met. Truly, this associate should be the bar set for any business. Every question I asked was followed by a detailed response and/or with research right in front of me. You can tell he enjoys his position and assisting customers. Shopping for video games is always enjoyable no matter the experience, but I’m still blown away how beyond Joe went to help me find the perfect set up. I will tell you that if I moved across the country, I would fly back to GameStop in Pelham just to buy a video game from Joe. Hopefully this review reaches Joe and his employer and they both see how appreciated he is.”
