“I am a mechanic’s daughter and came more than 2 hours away after viewing vehicles all over the state. I was extremely impressed with the quality as well as communication and friendliness. It was extremely simple to buy a vehicle and Karen made it very easy and was there for any help from the start. The lifetime engine warranty alone is such a great deal but to have professional and reliable service topped it off. I will be back for a further review after having the vehicle for a bit. “We were traveling from out of town on vacation when a piece of metal flew off a flat bed on 81 and we couldn't avoid it and ran it over. We then had a terrible vibration and rubbing noise. We stopped at the service center and they immediately pulled our car in and were able to identify the bent drive shaft bracket. They fixed it and we were on our way again with no problems. We were there less than 20 mins and back to vacation. We had our black lab with us and they welcomed her into their waiting room with no problems. The guys were so friendly and polite!
