“One of the windows of our 1999 dodge slipped down into the door and motor stopped working could not raise the window stopped at the Chevron gas station just off of Zuzax exit to get gas to drive to Albuquerque to get it fixed we were headed into Albuquerque for our anniversary saw the sign for Shelby's auto center thought let's see if they can help us and Mike and Brittany helped us big time nice couple New owners of the shop discussed what was needed how he could help us and how long it would take my husband drop me off at our destination in Albuquerque and return to the shop Mike picked up the part even had to go back because the number on the box was right but the part was not getting the right part and installed it in about two hours and the price was very reasonable our thanks to Mike and Britney for saving the day if we need any more auto care Shelby's will be our first stop wish you all the best of luck with your shot Sam and Rosie”

“Had a great experience with these guys today. 6.12 23.Had a wheel alignment done as well as upsized our Toyota's tire size.Overall a super easy going experience.Parking wasn't bad, dropping off the truck we were immediately asked if we needed a lift home which was unexpected and awesome, we were very grateful for that.They called immediately upon finding failed tire sensors and got our approval to swap them out "which discount wouldn't have done and then would've created a headache making multiple trips back and forth " speaking through experience".So overall we are grateful these guys are up here in the EM and are looking forward to future business with them.Thanks again Ceder Crest Tire!”
