“This family owned business is by far the BEST I’ve come across during my travels. They are honest, well priced, and EXTREMELY friendly! They made the entire experience comfortable and hassle free. It took SOOO much stress off of my family and I. I can’t thank them enough!My family (wife and 2 toddlers) and I are driving from Arizona to North Carolina (~2000 miles). Before making it to Albuquerque, we had a check engine and maintenance light came on on top of a loud clicking sound. “I bought a new f150 in 2005 after getting back from Iraq, I got out of the army the same year, I had my truck for 10 yrs and my transmission gave out 140k. I wasn't mad at all because I really use my trucks as trucks. I took to united transmission and they rebuilt my transmission and reinstalled within 3 weeks. I sold the truck to my brother and it is now 2024 and she's still running strong with the same rebuilt transmission. Good job united!! I want to say the truck is pushing 300k +”

I’ve an older Mini Cooper and it’s quirky..these people have brought it around and it’s running and driving like it did when buying it Brand-new.The only complaint I have is the COST. However, I know when I drive away from having something fixed, it’s done properly, using quality parts, and mechanics that are extremely knowledgeable and have credentials to back them up…TRUSTWORTHY is a very important quality and they fix whatever the issue is and back it up should something not work right..suppose with all I’ve said, you get what you pay for…thanks Eddie for skillfully being my guide and the middle man, who explains the cars need's etc and being the main man at the front desk who basically schedules and directs how the operation runs. “Got my transmission worked on back in May of 2023 there was still shaking they replaced the other cv axle without charge, they gave me a good warranty and I live in Texas. Few months pass it started shifting hard and not going in reverse time to time. Without hesitation they looked at it and told me it would take some time which I didn't mind. They relieved me of stress of cost of having spending 4300 again for a new transmission with a baby on the way.
