I read good reviews about Rio Grande Tires, and since I live less than 1/2 mile from the location, I gave it a shot. Even though there was only one man in the shop when I pulled up, he checked and found a same size, new-to-me tire for less than half what I figured it was going to cost me. He had the old tire off and the replacement tire on, balanced, and reinstalled in less than half an hour. Outstanding!”

“if you are looking for a trust worthy tire shop for your motorhome, this is your place. The owner, Edward Fleck, is a super businessman. I was looking for tires for my 2019 motorhome. He searched around and gave me pricing on 2 options and even searched for out of stock Michelins. Our plans changed and we are having to wait a bit and Mr Fleck was very understanding about our situation. No hard sells. They give you the truth here. This is hard to find. “We’ve used La Esperanza service a handful of times. They always give fast friendly service. I never feel over charged. My husband does most of mechanic needs but when we need tire services this is the place he prefers. Last time we used discount tires and had a terrible experience. We watched through the window and the guy told me they did the rotation and balance which was a huge lie. I saw exactly what they did. I let the manager know and never went back. After that my husband said we’re sticking with La Esperanza for honest local service. The only down side is the parking getting in from 4th st. But that’s not a big deal as opposed to the pros.”

“All the staff and technicians were great. My car was over-heating and they were able to get it in the same day to start diagnostics before a holiday weekend. They found and fixed the issue with one of the cooling fans and fixed a couple other smaller problems I brought up as well and pro-rated the cost because the car had just been at the Wilshire shop a few days before. They give you itemized reports/ estimates through text and call for you to approve or decline and they have a free ride service that helped me out a ton. Great service. Great shop.”

“These guys ROCK !! I'm a travel nurse was trying to get back to NH and needed brakes done on my Jeep. Unfortunately, I had locking lug nuts and couldn't find the key. I stopped in, it was Saturday, and these guys came right out and worked on trying to get them off for about half an hour. Although they couldn't help, they tried and were very nice !! When I picked it up he and his staff put the fixed tire back on to the vehicle , replacing the spare. The staff is customer orientated, friendly and attentive.
